I tried others dash cams and all were returned for various reasons and finally I said “what was I thinking?? This one was great!” (Doesn’t have touchscreen or voice control but honestly not really missing much with those)Installation: very easy to install by yourself. You do not need to go to a shop or have a lot of car knowledge or experience. If you have a friend to help, all the better so you can have them hold the front camera as you place the rear 😊. Super fast to install.Now, a few things that make the difference between this dash cam and others:*3 channels with loop recoding donations up to 5 minutes. All cameras record simultaneously (unless you turn the inside off then only back and front) and can do single view or split screen. If you don’t want the inside camera on you can go into the settings and turn it off. Love the inside camera when I have my friends kids in the car or my nephews so I can watch them and also a deterrent to them acting up knowing they are on camera*all 3 cameras are super clear!! Even if you are driving into the rising or setting Sun, it won’t mess up the recording. Back cam is great for additional backup camera as well as seeing who is riding your bumper. Inside is great if you have kids or want to record a fun trip with friends or an important conversation (those who know know what I mean)*Records speed as well as date and time stamp: great if you need that to help you out of a ticket. Also has built-in GPS. All this records without it blocking the screen with numbers and symbols (wifi symbol, mic, memory card, speed, time…) unless you watch the recording and it is a small text on the bottom. I have tried others where it doesn’t go away, numbers and symbols an over the screen and you can’t see squat.*Screensaver: this just turns the screen off after the set amount of time. You can’t change it in the settings or if you don’t want the screen turning off during the day but do at night you can just touch the power button on the side (don’t hold it) and the screen turns off but cameras stay on. I don’t drive too much at night but when I do it is a great feature so you don’t have additional light interference while driving. Others I have tried did not have that feature. Had to go into settings each time to change it.*G-Sensor: not too sensitive like a lot of others (hit a pebble and it locks the even like an accident). The sensitivity can be adjusted in the settings, I keep mine on low so it doesn’t go off when I go over bumps. Most of us don’t live on pristine roads and having a sensor that goes off from railroad tracks to manhole covers to a dip in the road…turning it off is pointless, you want this feature if you get into an accident so it won’t be recorded over if the memory card runs out of space.*IR and nighttime: this isn’t the worlds best BUT unless you want to spend $300-$500 it won’t be. It is really good! At night I can get a great view of what is behind me, not a lot of glare, also great for an additional backup camera at night and in bad weather. Inside camera at night works really well. I originally had it in a 3 row Pilot and could see into the 3rd row without an issue at all.* Parking safety: starts recording if someone leans on your car, taps it or breaks in (don’t use that bc you need another part to have that work but great to have the option of you are worried about where you are leaving your car)*Volume: can turn the mic off so you aren’t recording all conversations (or your VERY off key singing haha)The App: I don’t really use it bc my phone connects to my car via Bluetooth and having to switch back and forth and then I don’t have my hands free capabilities. It does help when installing the cameras to make sure the positions are exactly where you want them before sticking them on the glass. It is also nice to have so you can download videos from the camera right to the app so they don’t get recorded over and you don’t have to take the card out. And you have them stored if you ever need them for other reasons say court for tickets or accident reports.Seriously, I have recommended this camera to a lot of friends and other family members. Customer Review: “Purchased with the hardwire kit and CPL lens filter. Watched multiple YouTube videos on the install. Watch the bad ones as well just to get an idea of how NOT to do the install. After preparing myself, tackled the install over the weekend. Easiest part was installing the back camera. My Hyundai Santa FE SEL has a hatchback, and for most that was their hardest part. I guess the videos helped me prepare. The rear camera was installed in less than an hour. Plenty of cable, routed along the top down the passenger side. The harder part was finding the right place to plug the hardware kit for power. Key points (1) install the ground wire first, (2) install the battery wire on a fuse (or empty) spot that is always on, the battery voltage will read on the display box on the adapter, (3) install the other on another fuse preferably for ACC (needs to be OFF when car is off and ON when the car is on), when you get this one attached start the car and verify the box display changes to say ACC on the display instead of the battery voltage. Then route the power wires to the camera and the rear camera connections to the dashcam.The video is great when playing from a computer. 4K all around and the player you get from the website even has a ZOOM feature. I started using the 12-hour time-laps recordings, this takes up a lot of memory on the card so you only get about 2 days for the 128G card they supply. I’ve switched to just using the G-sensors now to turn on when it detects motion (jarring), and record as I am driving.Overall happy with my purchase, there are a few things I wish it had: (1) ability to adjust the delay between frames for the time-lapse feature would make it better at not using a lot of memory, (2) my model seems to record the front and rear with slightly different numbers at the end and the player doesn’t know how to sync up the timestamps in the video when playing back (for the time being I can rename the rear to end in the same numbers as the front to fix), and (3) the manuals are very light on content only explains the features by name but doesn’t go into detail what they mean… example they talk about the G-sensor with settings for Off/Low/Medium/High but don’t describe which is more sensitive… in some languages Low translates to higher sensitivity to movement. Also the instructions on the video player for the computer is very light in content even the phone app has huge untapped potential. With it you can see real-time your path on a map and the video sent to your phone while driving. Could be expanded to supply directions.Great product overall… may update later with more details as I try and research all the features.Even better support! Their people are on top and respond quickly to try and answer your questions. If I wasn’t such a computer geek I’d probably have a lot more questions.”

The voice control works, you just have to speak up or have minimal background noise. The static stickers work great and the adhesive is crazy strong. Make sure you have your spot picked out before mounting. I had to readjust mine and the adhesive pad needed to be replaced before placing. The wire tool works well to tuck the wires in and the little clips work to hold the wires where you need them.Only complaint is about the picture quality is when you download and zoom in it gets grainy.When you say “TAKE A PICTURE” all 4 cameras take a picture not just the front view.I have it plugged in a constant power port so even with the engine off it continues to record.
