My wife was going to get the ticket after the officer talked to the other party first, but she was able to show the officer the cam video and they reversed course and issued the ticket to the other party. Then the other party lied to their insurance, but after providing the video to their insurance, the adjuster immediately accepted 100% responsibility.Easy to install and with clearly written English instructions. Great suction cup with integrated GPS antenna makes installation a breeze. Cam will slide off mount if you want to hide it while parked without removing the entire mount. Crystal clear video, front at 4k and back at 2k, produce high resolution video where you can read license plates and even identify who was driving another vehicle.Even more importantly, it has a good app that you can use to directly download video from the cam without pulling the card and taking it to a computer. Just in case you are in an accident, you can instantly download the relevant video to your phone and show to Law Enforcement and e-mail to your insurance company. This is hugely important so a ticket can be issued to the at-fault party on scene as my wife did. If you can’t show the officer when writing the report, they may issue the ticket to the wrong party or no one if they can’t figure out who was at fault. If this happens, it’s a long up-hill battle to get the other party’s insurance to pay out and the police will never cancel an incorrectly issued ticket, so it forces you to go to court to defend yourself. Not cheap, not overpriced. It has come in handy quite a few times. Easy plug in and just suction mount to the window. Great video quality too, it helped my local police locate a stolen vehicle. And no need to worry if you live in cold areas cause it got down to -20°F here and the camera had no issues.

I ran it under my dash and tucked it in my side pillar and my headliner, and then using an adapter to my dash cam that I also found here on Amazon and then ran it down my rearview mirror to my dash cam. Everything went perfect and no unsightly wires going anywhere. No cigarette lighter adapters or anything like that. Nothing hanging and no wires flopping around eventually marring and wearing through the dash paint in any way. I’m so happy with this device. If I ever need to hook up a diagnostic tool to that socket under the dash, all I have to do is unplug this and stick that tool into that port and let it do it thing, then unplugged the tool and plug this back in and all is well. This is the thing that I’ve been looking for for so long and probably what you’ve been looking for as well.
