Customer Reviews
“So this is my first dash cam and it has been terrific. The images are clear and it is a true 4 channel recorder covering 4 angles. The included memory card is the perfect storage size as it allows you to record for multiple days and it automatically records over anything you don’t save making it a kind of set and forget until you need it. And when you need it, the videos are easy to access as I found out after an accident. The emergency recording lock works just as indicated. I was involved in an accident where a county vehicle failed to salt the road when it was clearly required by the conditions and the vehicle was full of ‘salt’. Negligence would have been hard to prove had i not had the whole event recorded from prior to the accident to moments after. Cannot recommend these cameras enough. Even purchased a 2nd for another vehicle.”
“I’ve been using the PRUVEEO 360 dash camera in my car for over a year now, and it’s been amazing without any issues. The connection is smooth, and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The app is wonderful to use, and it is easy to view footage anytime. Overall, a very reliable camera that I definitely recommend.”

Customer Reviews
“The media could not be loaded. I saw this and decided to give it a try!Have been using it for few weeks. I can say that I am very pleased with the quality. Not only in the product but also in the quality in the images, video, and audio.Installation was simple. My own mistake and didn’t use the cable that came with it. Had the used past equipment that didn’t support 4 channels, only 3. For those who have previous equipment already, the equipment that came with the cam will need to be utilized. Specifically the long cable that links the front and rear cameras.A simple switched of the cables everything works without a problem. The app is great! Very user friendly. But if you use a VPN that will need to be turned off during use. With the app you can: view all data collected, can view save crop the first 30 sec. And so on or save to your device and do anything. One note with the 4 channels it is more data and will use space on the as card. So if there is an event you’d like to capture, get on the app sooner than later, other wise it will get recorded over.I haven’t quite figured out the pix Plate feature yet but i have faith it will do just fine. In my area this time of year, there is a fair amount of my driving is early in the morning or evening. I have to say the quality of images, video is great. I’m no videographer but for the purposes of this device ( extra insurance, if you will) is a great tool.So many settings, do your research, reading and set it up how you like. I have mine in collision mode, which will turn off after about 5 minutes and detect collision, you can have it set on motion but in what I found will stay on Depending on the sensitivity you set it to. Also on this note I have found that depending on the sensitivity it will record anything that stimulates the sensor. For example, hitting a pot hole use of your horn or simply getting into your vehicle. Not all that often but if you are to slam doors could trip the sensor. Not sure if there is a way to mitigate that. But for the intended purpose of this unit I don’t find this minor difficulty a big problem. All the hardware works great! you must use the electrostatic stickers to install the camera mounts. otherwise if you don’t and say you have to replace your windshield will be a bit harder to remove. I say this as I didn’t on my last one and had to use a razor blade to remove. Also if you are installing the rear camera on a back window with a rear defroster cut down the electrostatic sticker.Hope this helps. I will update in time with any other areas i may have missed as i have only had it in use for a few weeks.I could go on, but if you’ve been want to, give it a try!The customer support is good. A slight delay as they are but will respond as stated on their website/app.”

Complete Buying Guide for 360 Dash Cam For Trucks
Essential Factors We Consider
When choosing a 360 dash cam for trucks, we focus on image clarity, coverage angles, and durability. Look for models with at least four lenses offering overlapping views to eliminate blind spots. Night vision matters—especially for overnight loads—so check for IR lamps or WDR tech. Storage capacity and loop recording keep the system running continuously without manual cleanup.
Budget Planning

Many mid-range options offer the best value with strong specs like GPS and WiFi. Don’t forget to factor in included accessories like memory cards or mounts.
Final Thoughts
A good 360 dash cam protects your investment and gives confidence on every trip. Prioritize clear footage, reliable recording, and easy access to your files. Whether you pick a budget pick or a feature-rich pro model, the right choice will serve you well for years.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does a 360 dash cam work for trucks?
A: A 360 dash cam uses multiple lenses—usually four—to record from the front, rear, and both sides simultaneously. This creates a complete view around your truck, reducing blind spots and providing evidence in case of incidents.
Q: Do I need special installation for a 360 dash cam?
A: Installation varies by model. Most require mounting each camera carefully and routing cables through the vehicle. Some kits include adhesive pads and detailed guides to simplify the process for DIY users.
Q: Can a 360 dash cam record while parked?
A: Yes, many models support parking mode. They detect motion or impact and save footage automatically. Make sure your truck’s battery can handle the extra draw or use a hardwired kit for continuous use.
Q: What resolution should I look for?
A: At minimum, choose 1080P per channel. Higher resolutions like 2.5K or 4K improve detail but use more storage. Balance quality with your needs and available memory card size.
Q: Are 360 dash cams worth it for truckers?
A: Absolutely. Full coverage helps prove your innocence in disputes, discourages tampering, and improves situational awareness. For commercial drivers, it’s often a smart safety and insurance investment.
Choosing the right 360 dash cam for trucks means finding a balance between features, price, and ease of use. Whether you go with our top pick or a more affordable option, investing in full coverage pays off in safety and peace of mind. Take time to compare models, read reviews, and consider your typical driving conditions. With the right dash cam, you’re not just recording the road—you’re protecting your livelihood.
